TrackIR 5 Randomly Stops Working In Win10

My TrackIR 5 had been working perfectly, until I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 last month.

I'm using TrackIR 5 + TrackClip for WarThuner, IL-2: BOS and Elite:Dangerous. The problem can occur when playing any of these games.

When it happens, TrackIR will stop responding to any movements.

The software itself does not freeze, its UI elements are still responsive. However, the dots displayed in the software UI representing tracked LEDs will not move no matter what I do, and those two lights on the device itself will keep lighting on even if I place the TrackClip out of sight.

The software can still be shutdown normally, and shutting down then restarting the software temporarily solves the issue. Then after a random period of time (Typically 30 min - 1 Hour), it may happen again.


Really need some help solving this once and for all.

Would you be able to send me a list of your computer specs? Have you removed and reinstalled the software? What have you tested so far? I don't want to suggest things you have already tested.
