Track IR5 used to work, now its broken

So my Track IR5 used to work flawlessly on my w10 64bit system

I had to reformat so I did, I've updated and reinstalled everything.

But my Track IR5 won't show up in the device manager only shows up as "Unknown Device" when I plug it in.

I've tried installing the software as admin, not admin, restarting multiple times between each successive install/uninstall. I've tried older drivers. I've tried manually assigned .inf file. I've tried pretty much every combination of installing that can be done as admin/not admin with every driver version available for download on the natural point website.

My hardware seems to be bricked. the LEDs in the trackclippro light up, but no green light on the camera. Its like the camera just died. But nothing changed except I reinstalled my OS. Please help, if I have to buy another $170.00 camera... well.... I won't.
