I updated my TrackIR software and now it doesn't work! Is this some kind of cruel Xmas Eve joke?
What's the fix?

There was no joke with our last update. Could you elaborate on the issue you are having? I see that you have also created a ticket with us through our helpdesk and we will work through there first.

Having same problem. 5.22 worked flawlessly. Can't seem to get 5.3 to track correctly. Never any problems until this latest update. Back to 5.22 for now.

Could you please let me know more about the problem you are having? Is it not starting up? Is the device not recognized by the software? Is the device not recognized by the PC? Is it not working in a game, but working in our software?
