still getting this error everytime I start DCS World,
When I start DCS World or even when a windows update occurs or a update to the game profile for Track ir 5.3 version I get this same crash.

That is an overly generic error message and there is no way for me to know the cause. Does it happen everytime you play or just when there are changes?
