Track ir not connecting to p3d v3.1

I just done a fresh install of windows 7 and my track ir won't connect to my P3D v3.1. before the install it worked flawlessly so not sure what i'm doing wrong. i have run all the simconnect you get with p3d.

There are a few solutions out there, but the easiest to test would be running the TrackIR software as an administrator and testing the functionality then. If that doesn't work, there are a few other solutions found here: http://www.prepar3d.com/forum/viewtopic ... 4abd3d9a14
