The problem - I move my head and the movement of the camera does not perform the same action.
The example - I turn my head to the right (no shoulder movement) and the wireframe heads in the TrackIR app twists like I am trying to look under my desk. So instead of just a Yaw movement, I get Roll and a 'drop' of the head. Other movements are likewise off kilter. So this is not in a game, this is in the TrackIR software.
The background - I have owned this TrackIR 5 for a few years but not really used it recently. I don't recall having this problem previously. I am using software version 5.4.1.26786 on a fully patched Windows 7 box. The ProClip is on the left of my headset and the camera has been moved between the left of the monitor and the center to no effect.
Any ideas on this behavior?
Thanks.

daviperry,
Is there anyway you could load a video of the problem and possibly post your profile so I can look into this?

Re: Head movements in app do not match real
As usual, I have to ask for help before I figure it out. The cause of the issue was that the ProClip sensors were upside-down (longest arm should be on the bottom). Although I had previously tried inverting the sensor, it was not until the second attempt that it made a difference.
