Hello,
In the previous version of Motive, the order in which I selected a group of markers to do cleanup on didn't matter to run the pattern-based gap filling. In 1.9.0 it seems that you must select the marker you want to fill first before selecting the additional reference markers for it to work. Regardless of what you choose in the "Pattern Target" drop down.
Is this as intended or a bug? If it's as designed, it has slowed down my workflow considerably.
thanks!

Re: Pattern-based gap filling issue (v 1.9.0)
Hello Simon,
In Motive 1.9, the functionality was adjusted so that the first-selected marker would be set as the fill target.
You should still be able to specify a different marker in the Pattern Target dropdown, but this feature is not working properly. Currently it is reversed so that the marker you want to fill cannot be the one selected in the dropdown.
We will be fixing this for the next release of Motive, and apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
Cheers,
Steven
