Trackir Software not installing 5.4

Hello im getting this message after installing a new hard drive / fresh install windows 10 pro

i have tried everything possible / Please help

Hmm, have you gone in and completely removed anything from the failed installation attempt? I would suggest making sure nothing got partially installed, deleting the installer and then re-downloading. There shouldn't be an issue with the installer.

Hi Mike, will try fresh install, i also been having intermittent usb failures, like mouse and keyboard not working either , so i bought a internal 4port usb card which i have not intstalled, but will do the hardware install in a few days, i ordered me a new graphics card and want to install everything when it arrives, so i only have to open the case one time, i really dislike doing that , but anyway i will keep in touch....
