Hi,
I am running Track IR 5 with 5.3 software. I am confused as to why I don’t see anything on the graph as shown in my screenshot. I don’t seem to be able to select a template from the drop down template menu. I have selected the profile One: One.
I’m pretty sure it’s something I do not properly understand. Can someone enlighten me as to what I am missing?
I would like to understand that graph and how to size it, center up the lines that normally appear when using a profile and so forth.

At the moment I've version 5.4.1.26786 installed but still no templates for the axis. Is the fix coming soon?

Did you do an in place update or did you remove the old version and do a clean install on the new version? This is the first time I have heard about the templates being missing on the newest version. If you would like to create a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com I can send you the files and instructions on where to place them.
