TrackIR5 stops working

Hello,

for some days now TrackIR 5 stops working and in the camera window (upper right) red stripes appear (see attached picture). Sometimes it helps to use a different USB port, but only for a short time. I tried every USB port on my computer (USB2 and 3), but always the same. It started some days ago, although I changed nothing. Do you have an idea? It´s really frustrating

I'm sorry to say that, that looks like the imaging sensor is going out. It probably works for a little when you first start but once heat or electricity builds up it no longer will track. The only option to resolve this is to replace the unit.
