I finally updated the software yesterday and surprisingly, it doesn't work. The profile is not following any of the perimeters I set up and basically bricked my TrackIR.
Is there a fix? Why wasn't this driver pulled when people had problems with it?

What version did you update from? Did you do an upgrade or a clean install? Did you update to 5.4, 5.4.1 or 5.4.2? Are your profiles there in the dropdown list, or are they missing? Is the correct option for tracking, ie TrackClip or TrackClip PRO? You say that it is bricked, is it not working at all, or is it just not responding correctly?
If we had significant amounts of issues with the update we would have pulled them, but there have been virtually no issues, and the ones that have come up have been easily resolvable. I'm sure we can figure this out for you.
