First, please excuse my englih, i'm just french.
I use TrackIR since many years, with many games without problems.
But this week, when I lauch the soft, this message appear "TrackIR is stopped and windows try to find a solution"...and windows find nothing.
when it's happened, the day before, all work correctly
I have unistall, reinstall the new version, clean with ccleaner many times, nothing better.
Trackir is in the peripherics list when I plug in.
I use a labtop Asus, win 10, with I7, 16 Go ram, one graphic intel 3000 hd and one nvidia 540 2Go
I've try on an other computer, it's work correctly.

The problem is likely a corrupt registry file, CCleaner does not always catch or remove the files causing the issue. It is better to manually remove them from the registry, reboot and then re-install. If you are having trouble, or are not comfortable with that please submit a ticket at help.naturalpoint.com and I'll be more than happy to set up a time for a remote session.
