Start / Stop of TrackIR

Hi,
Is there a way to START/STOP TrackIR. I am using it in FSX-SE and it seems easier to prepare a flight (cockpit) with EZCA and than switch to TrackIR. Even during a flight it would be nice to stop TrackIR and start it again.

Does the pause function not accomplish this effect for you? It is F9 by default, but it does stop the tracking until it is unpaused again.
