Is my TrackIR camera broken?

I just opened it up new out of the box, plugged it in, set up everything etc. Hopped in a game and noticed right off the bat that my in-game cockpit head is swerved hard to the right. Opened up the TrackIR utility and I'm still completely unable to get a centered view. Then I noticed that one of the green LEDs never lights up (the right one). Do I need to return to Amazon and get a new one? Or is there some fix for this? I'm using the clip on my headphones, not the pro version.

The Right LED won't light up until a game is recognized. Once the TrackIR is running and the game is up, it should turn on. Which title are you trying to use it in?

As for the hard right view, F12 is to center it by default. If it continues to go to the right there is something else causing it. Could you send me a screen shot of both the camera view and 3d view of this happening?

Thanks Mike, it wasn't broken, I'm just a dumbass. Got it working now! (I'd just assumed both green LEDs were supposed to light up)

Have a question to all of you, I bought TrackIR 5 and my device have only two IR LED's no four, does it broken or it's no orginal/fake maybe ?
