VERY disappointed with the TrackIR 5. Essentially I've tried for over a week to get it to "calibrate". Motion is jerky, sometimes looks in the opposite direction I'm looking, or won't move at all. I've read the directions, but can't get it to work. Suggestions, or just throw in the garbage?

Sorry that you are having trouble with the software. I am about to bombard you with questions to get to the bottom of this.
Are you using the TrackClip or TrackClip PRO? Are you using a default profile or did you create one? What are your speed and smoothing set at? If you look in the camera view how many objects is it tracking? Are there any reflective surfaces or light sources that may be interfering?
