6DOF calculation fail to somthing like"1.$" after a while

When using TIR5.4.2 normally with XP11 and FSX, it sometimes fail to calculate the 6DOF output and showing somthing like this. While the camera view shows all three moving green dot as normal, with both green indicator on device works well (left could exting when it can't find 3 dot asI move my clip out)

And my view in game fixed in a very extreme position(like high up left and look stright down).
It happend most likely after using a while and after I move my cap out for some cruising and doing somthing else like browsing web or so... but that's not necessary, still random seems for me.
For FSX it's fine because I just need to restart the TIR software and everything works fine again. But now in XP11, if I restart the TIR5, XP11 would no longer recognize it untill restart the game.

I've sent this to my software engineer to see if he has any ideas for us. I will get back to you as soon as I hear back from him. Hopefully with some answer.
