Having trouble getting Tracker to work

I've been using the Tracker for years and have had great luck and love the product. Recently I purchased a new computer and had to reload IL2 and PF. For some reason I can't get the IR Tracker to work. I've done this before and never had a problem.

Any suggestions on what to try first.

What version of TiR and what specifically is happening?

Version 4.0.022 or 4.0 build 24. Tracker 3 Pro.

Tir loads fine and everything looks good and it works with WWIIOnline. It just doesn't do anything in IL2. No movement when I press the key that I have set up to switch between the hat on my joy stick and Tir, the joy stick hat works fine, the mouse look works fine but when I try and switch to using Tir nothing happens. No movement etc.

The green light on the Tir is doing its thing. I can see the views in the Tir software and they are moving but not my views in IL2.

I have had to reloaded IL2 at least twice with no problem with this version of Tir so I just don't know what the problem is. Any ideas?

Try opening up the IL2 config.ini file and see if the game see's it.

I have the same problem , I'am in the IL@ game and the tracker ir start
s working then it stop after about a min,

it works fine in its own program and also
in cfs3. but when i switch to pacific fighters
it quits out. blue light stays on but when i go back to the apliction all heads up displays are off. I must them shut down the computer for a while and then start again.
