need explanation of "throw" vs "speed"

I need someone to explain (enhanced mode only) how you adjust the head "throw" vs the speed. I keep getting confused about this. I had thought the speed control would adjust how fast you would accelerate through the view region but now I think the speed just sets how fast it does that. But if that is true how do you adjust how far you have to move your head to get a full rear view?

Uhm, hmmm. For me, the speed slider bar does both. The faster the view moves, the farther back you can get. If your having a problem getting to the rear view, I think it could lie in your smoothing. Try lowering it. It could also be an issue of the plane your in (ive noticed some give a full rear look and some dont). Also, change your enhanced mode setting to AGRESSIVE and see if that helps too.

I use AGRESSIVE with smooth on 75.
