Motive 1.7.3 calibration crash

Hello! I am trying to run Motive 1.7.3 (our license is a few years old) on a new computer (Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 4) running Windows 10. When I try to perform a calibration, Motive crashes and shuts down. This is a computer specific problem because the exact same setup works on my older Dell computer.
I open Motive, adjust camera settings, and click 'Start Wanding' - then Motive just shuts down.
Any suggestions as to how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated.

My guess would be that you're missing one of the Windows frameworks that doesn't get called until calibration. At least that's what I'd check first. Sometimes a framework can get skipped during install if your system already claims to have it...
