Every time I plug in and after a few seconds I can see on the software that my trackIR camera pops up on the device status panel for a second and then it disappears, and the device status was shown as None. In the meantime I can hear the windows tone of the USB device being connected first but then immediately unplugged.
I can't find any natural point device in my device manager as well
I tried switching different USBs and updated the software to latest version, but none of that worked. I had the device working fine for two months already until today that I had this problem.
