Problem with USB connection (TrackIR5+Clip Pro)
I received the TrackIR 5 and clip pro bundle for Christmas yet right out of the box my computer doesn't recognize the device. It detects the connection and immediately disconnects I've been trying to fix it for the past 48 hours with no luck. I've looked through every forum and youtube and tried to fix it but continuously and frustratingly failing to fix my problem. If anyone could help me not waste $150 on something I waited a year for, please help.
