LEDs stay red after setup

I have just installed TrackIR but although, as the manual suggested, I moved the TrackClip in front of the camera with the reflective material facing it, the lights on the camera stayed red. Does anybody have any suggestions please?

Are you speaking of the LEDs in the front of the TrackIR? They are visible Infrared LEDs, and will appear red at all times.
