I am discussted.
I have the latest tracker software and have been using it fine with IL2. Falcon 4.0 does not even blink at using it with tracker. The lack of how to do anything with this tracker on new games is getting me pissed off. I fire up tracker have falcon 4.0 selected in combat flight exclusive load but when I get in the game I try all cockpit modes and nothing happens. Are you supposed to set a key to turn it on in the game? Come on someone post more about using tracker in games !!!
Re: I am discussted.
I think i have found the problem, not sure how to fix it yet. I knowtice when I alt tab out of falcon 4.0 and look at tracker main, it is still saying default config and no game loaded. Guess its not registering that falcon 4.0 is running....

Murrman,
Have you solved the problem? You must update your games list for it to work properly. If Falcon 4:AF is not in your Profiles/Games list in our software then it is not going to work.
To update your games list just click on Help and the Update Games List. It will automatically update.

I had this problem as well, and fixed it....
You must start F4 or AF (whichever) then enter setup then controlers and click on the advanced tab...in there is a box to check for use TrackIR in 3D and one for use TrackIR 2D......check the boxes you want....hit apply and it should work.....it did for me.

I am using the default combat flight profile (I tweaked the curves) and F4:AF recognized it after I did that. You do have to go to settings=>controllers=>make sure the "TIR works in 2D (or something like that)" is green in the little check box at the bottom of that page.
Make sure that before you go into the simulation that you have your vector clip on, and your're in front of the camera. The blue light should come on when the simulation loads.
