TrackIR5 software will not load after double clicking icon
the pc detects the hardware, but will not launch the software when double clicked
Only thing that happened between it working and not working was a geforce nvidia diver update
Any idea? Thanks in advance.

When you double click on the icon, do you get any kind of error message? If so, what does the message say? There are several options that allow the software to run minimized to the system tray upon start up (see page 11 in the user manual: https://d1rhoi6onixddn.cloudfront.net/d ... Manual.pdf). If you look in the system tray, do you see a TrackIR icon? If you open Task Manager, does the TrackIR software appear to be running already?
If not, then I would try reverting to the earlier NVIDIA driver and then see if the TrackIR software will run successfully.

I was also having the exact same issue on Windows 11.
I had to uninstall TrackIR and manually delete folders from Program Files and rename/remove Registry folders.
Now the application loads but my TrackIR device is no longer detected and is not showing up in device manager.
I ran the installer as administrator and also the application as administrator, but still cannot see the device or drivers for it in the install directory (npusbio_x64 is non-existent).
Any advice?

Have you tried uninstalling the software again, and reinstalling it to see if the drivers appear in C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64? Are you using Citrix software? There is an issue with Citrix workspace hub, specifically the Indirect Display Adapter, that causes a problem when launching TrackIR. Please see this workaround: https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/ ... 2/?l=latam.
