Suggestion: another "DwellClicker" fuction

Here's a suggestion for another "DwellClicker" function

It would be nice to be able to 'lock down' the RIGHT mouse button while being able to click the LEFT mouse button. It's rare, (I think)but there are a few programs that use this mouse function.
How's that sound? Wouldn't want it to get stuck that way though.

(I have Muscular Dystrophy which leaves the keyboard or those handy switches of yours out of the question.)

Hello Ben,
I am curious what programs you would need to do this in.
I mentioned this to one of our software devlopers and realized i had no examples of when you'd need this functionality.
