FS2020 don't see Trackir

Hi everyone.
I have a problem with FS2020
After install trackir software (like amministrator), after created a personal profile and verify if it work, I launch FS2020 and the sim don't see the tracker. I settings my profile like exclusive because i use fs2020 only. I try to reboot the pc, starting trackir beforethe sim, but nothing. Trackir working perfectly in his software but in the simulator it don't appear in hardware list. Have you got a solution for me? Thank you very much

Are you starting first the TrackIR as an administrator and then FS2020 as an administrator? Do you see "MS Flight Simulator 2020" in the Titles list in the TrackIR software? If not, please Check for Game Updates to update the games list first. When you load MSFS2020, does the TrackIR software acknowledge that the game is running (do you see a blue light in the lower right corner of the TrackIR software, and is the right LED lit green)? There may be a camera setting in MSFS that needs to be enabled to allow the simulator to see the TrackIR.

TrackIr works perfectly (DCS)

MSFS 2020 shows TrackIr in CONTROLS.

It responds erratically to head movements in the sim.

I'm guessing this is because MSFS 2020 does not appear in the TITLES list despite checking for GAME updates several times.

And yes, I'm running it as ADMIN

Can I manually download and install the required file?

When you start the TrackIR software and then start the MSFS2020 software, does the right LED on the camera turn on? In the bottom right corner of the TrackIR software, is the blue circle illuminated? In the upper left corner of the TrackIR software, what is listed under Title? Are you using the same profile for MSFS2020 as you are for DCS?
