Moin,
Mein Track ir 5 möchte sich nicht mehr verbinden.
Unbekanntes USB-Gerät (fehler beim anfordern der Gerätebeschreibung)
Treiber hab ich neu installiert und das problem besteht auch auf mehreren rechnern die beide windows 11 haben
Ich habe leider keinen windows 7 rechner zum ausprobieren ob es am Windows oder am track ir selber liegt
Für hilfestellung wäre ich sehr dankbar!

Hello Linox,
What version of the software are you installing? Have you tried updating the driver? To do this, right click on it in Device Manager and select update driver. Choose the option to 'Browse my computer for driver software', and then Browse to this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64\npusbio_x64.

Ive installed the most recent version of track ir
Ive tried updating drivers the way you described it before, it didnt work. The drivers update i installed was from. The folder you described

There is one more thing you can try, which is to use the previous version of the TrackIR software (version 5.4.2). If the problem persists, then it sounds like the unit may have a hardware issue, especially since it is happening on multiple computers. If you purchased the unit less than a year ago, please contact the reseller you purchased it from for assistance setting up an RMA.

Ive tried that sadly
Im gonna take it to work with me and open it. Maybe some simple connection issue which is kinda common amongst these trackers
