I’ve been trying to update to the latest version of the TrackIR software (5.5.2), but I’m running into an issue during installation. I previously had an older version installed, but I uninstalled it to perform a clean re-install with the new version. However, I now consistently receive the following error during installation (attached)
Based on the logs, it looks like the issue might be related to the NaturalPoint USB drivers as the installation consistently fails at that point.
Has anyone faced a similar issue, or does anyone have suggestions for resolving it? I’m unable to complete the installation and can’t use the software at all at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
