5.5.2 Not working with MSFS2020

Hi all, anyone find a solution to this? I followed the steps per Marcus' guidance and MSFS still will not detect TIR. It works just fine in the TIR software, and have a green light on the left side. But once in MSFS, no green light on the right and even trying to "detect" it by pressing F9 when in controls, still nothing. This is extremely frustrating.

Hello jarheadatunm,

Do you see MS Flight Simulator 2020 listed in the Titles list? If not, have you tried updating the Games List and then restarting the TrackIR software?

Hi, Yes MSFS 2020 is listed and there are no updates available. It's worked flawlessly for years now until 5.5.2.

hallo, I have the same issue, everyting works good like tracker but in game it does not connect and just one led the left one i green. the MS Flight Simulator 2020 is in listed and update

Have you tried doing a repair by rerunning the TrackIR installer?

thanks for the reply, I redid the whole installation procedure as suggested, updated the games, updated to trackir 5.5.2, until yesterday the program worked very well and I saw the green light, I uninstalled everything with the relative folder in app data, I reinstalled and today instead of the green light the two yellow lights come on intermittently and the program no longer works. I did the various uninstall and reinstall procedures but it only got worse. I have no more solutions tomorrow I will return it at this point.

I would like to understand the error you are seeing as it is not one I have heard of before. Are the yellow lights turning off and on intermittently while you are using the computer only, or are they also coming on when you are not interacting with the computer? Typically both lights being yellow/orange means that the hotkey for pause has been pressed. I am wondering if the software is detecting when you press the key assigned to the Pause function.

When you state that the program no longer works, are you getting a specific error when running it, or is it not showing up? Is it possible the program is minimized to the system tray? If so, that is a feature that can be deactivated using the settings in the program after you maximize it again.

I followed the installation procedure as suggested, I open the trachir program and the camera flashes two yellow lights intermittently, F12 F7 F9 do not respond, the three lights of status are off. The yellow lights are intermittent both when the PC is off and when it is on. The key assigned to the Pause function does not react to the command. No error message appears,
