5.5.2 Not working with MSFS2020

It sounds like your TrackIR hardware had a malfunction. Was it connected directly to the USB port on the motherboard, or was it connected to a USB hub? When you disconnect and reconnect the unit, do you see any change in Device Manager (i.e. Unknown Device, or does TrackIR show up under NaturalPoint Devices or OptiTrack Devices)? Hallo, Ich habe das Gleiche Problem, Mein TrakIR Funktioniert nicht mit der Version 5.5.2 ein Hardwareproblem schieße ich aus da es mit der Älteren Version 5.4.2 Ohne Probleme Läuft.

Was mir Aufgefallen ist in der Version 5.4.2 wird beim Instalieren was für MSFS2020 zum Instalieren Angeboten, bei den neueren 5.5.2 jedoch nicht.

The component that was removed from the installer was related to MSFS 2002 (not MSFS 2020), so I don't think that is the cause of the problem. Are you opening both the TrackIR software and the game or sim as an Administrator?

hi, so I updated the device management software and trackir started working again, I start it as administrator the green light on the right of the device is on the games are updated, but then when I open flight simulator 2020 as administrator, it does not connect and the second green light does not turn on. the check mark on trackir in fsm2020 is flagged, but nothing to do. I only use two games, IRacing and flight sim 2020, but in none of the cases does it connect
