I've purchased a single OptiHub 2 and Flex 13 camera for use with the OptiTrack Camera SDK. When I connect the OptiHub (with or without the camera connected) Windows complains that it's unable to find drivers for it. In Device Manager the OptiHub shows up as a Generic USB Hub and an Unknown Device. The Flex 13 camera shows up as OptiTrack, but both suffer from the same error:
"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)"
Should the drivers be installed automatically when the hardware is plugged in? Are the drivers available for download separately somewhere? I'm running Windows 7 (32-bit).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: OptiHub 2 and Flex 13 driver problems
The drivers should install properly with any of our OptiTrack software packages (Camera SDK, Tracking Tools, Arena).
Which software package are you installing?
Is this plugged into a USB2 or USB3 port on your computer? If it's plugged in via USB3, try moving it to USB2.

Re: OptiHub 2 and Flex 13 driver problems
Hi Mike,
I fixed this simply by reinstalling the Camera SDK. I'm not sure why the drivers failed to install the first time around, but everything works now
Thanks

For anyone who runs into this issue, installing the cameraSDK seems to have some issues with the driver installs. The drivers, however, are included with the Motive install.
