How long does it take to get shipped?
Hello, I ordered my trackir 5 about a week all and I still have not received an email stating that it has been shipped or anything. Just curious if anyone else is having this problem.

As noted on the Checkout page, "NaturalPoint is currently shipping in 3-5 business days." I would check your spam folder to make sure a notification did not end up there. If you still have not received an update and it has been more than a full week, you can reach out to us using our help form: https://www.trackir.com/help. Make sure you select "Sales or Order Inquiries" as the request type so that your question gets to the right team.

Same issue here. Order placed December 2nd. No news on tracking and no response from customer service / sales inquiry.
