Recently updated software now camera won't switch on

Track IR3 cam prob here. So I installed the latest software 5.5.3 from 5.5.2 where everything was working fine. As soon as new software installed the camera now won't initiate or detect IR, although when unplugging and re connecting USB shows correct in device manager.

I have tried un-install and going back to 5.5.2 but now problem persists.

Hello Any,

We have not tested the latest TrackIR software with the TrackIR 3 as the TrackIR 3 has been discontinued. I would try the last version we confirmed was working with the older TrackIR models, version 5.4.2.

You may also need to make sure that all versions of the C++ Redistributables are installed, including this one: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/w ... w=msvc-170.
