Light Filter Treshold
Light Filter Treshold
I have changed the Light Filter Treshold to its max setting, but it always reverts to 99. I wear eyeglasses and I can't see the aircraft good enough to spot them in IL2 Sturmovik without my glasses. The trackIR5 always jumps to the top or the bottom when I am trying to shoot down other aircraft. Is there any way around this glitch? It is driving me crazy.
Re: Light Filter Treshold
Have you solved this problem? Have you tried toggling TrackIR's "exclusive" mode on/off in the software? And when you saved the configuration, were you sure that write permissions were granted to the configuration file? I'm curious if this is a problem with the software not saving the settings or a conflict with the external lighting environment?

Re: Light Filter Treshold
Hi peafowl,
The "Exclusive" check box makes the currently selected profile the one that will be used regardless of which game is launched. If you want to have different profiles for each game, that checkbox should be left unchecked. I'm not sure why there would be an issue with the light filter threshold reverting to 99, unless something is overwriting the settings each time the TrackIR software is launched. By default, the software is set to 240, so 99 isn't even a normal default value.
Kind Regards,
