Hey lads,
I've been running my TrackIR5 setup for over a year and a half with no issues. Came on today to fly a bit, but it seems my TrackIR camera has stopped detecting IR inputs. I've tried the usual troubleshooting of reinstalling the software, changing USB hubs, and rebooting.
The reason why I think it's camera-related is that when I switch to the camera view, which supposedly detects IR signatures, pointing it outside of the window produces no IR signatures either.
Did any of you get a similar issue? Any tips on how to proceed?

Hello BalazovicL,
Have you verified whether the camera is detected in the TrackIR software (i.e. does it list the serial number from the TrackIR in main software window) and whether it is detected in Device Manager (check under NaturalPoint Devices > TrackIR 5)?
If it is not detected, then try connecting the USB cable to a different port or test it with a different computer.
