While formal support for the SmartNav has been discontinued, you can still download the software from this link:

Hello iplcupVek,

When you click the link, the download should start automatically. Can you verify whether the file is showing in your Downloads folder? It will be called SmartNAV_3.30.039.1.Final.exe.
