Uknown device, Another version is installed

- Freshly installed windows 11, with no trackir
- Plugs in trackir USB: Unknown Device
- Installs drivers: 0x80070666, Another version of ths product is already installed (but its not! Its a fresh windows!)

You have a super simple product, how hard could it be to get things right?
What do i do know?

The error 0x80070666 points to there being another version of the C++ Redistributables already installed. Try uninstalling all versions you currently have and instead installing the latest version from Microsoft: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/w ... w=msvc-170

Also, to address the Unknown Device, you may need to point the hardware to the correct driver. In Device Manager, select the Unknown Device. Right click on it and select update driver. Choose the option to 'Browse my computer for driver software', and then Browse to this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64\npusbio_x64.
