Ok I got my replacement unit. Looks like the problems with diodes are fixed. Now every time I change the state of the checkbox the IR diodes respond directly, and they are turned off when leaving TracvkIR software.
So it was a hardware problem with my TIR unit.
The other framerate problem in not fixed and its most probably because of my hardware configuration.
Ill just play with the SDK until I buy a new rig.
