Hey, i finally got my System re-done, and got the technician to test my Hardware and the TrackIR, and he says that my system is fine. It is still doing the same problem, working for a few minutes then constantly cutting out, saying no Device detected.

Where abouts is the Serial Key, and if i can't find the reciet, can i just use my Bank Statement as Proof of Purchase?

Also a phone number i can use in Aus would be much more helpful then constantly waiting for replies in Forums. Thnx.

We do not have an Australian contact number.

The serial number should be located on the end of the USB cable, or within the TrackIR software -> Main Tab -> Device info
