Do you see the IR leds on, when you have the TrackClip enabled in the software?
Have you tried moving USB ports, for the camera?
You said you tried it on more than 1 PC, correct?

I can see 4 red dots in the camera and 3 red dots of the trackclip pro, but never the 2 leds on the sides of the camera in green, see in orange when i press "pause", thats all.
I've tried all the usb ports of my computer and also tried to connect the camera and the trackclip pro in separated usb ports.
And yes, tested wiht no results in 2 different pc's (OS: XP & Vista).
Nothing works.

OK, I would contact your place of purchase, as it appears that the device's imager chip may have had some type of hardware failure.

I purchased TrackIR 5 from this website last week and it arrived this week.
After downloading and installing the latest software, plugging the assembly into the usb port, I see no LEDs lit up on the monitor unit. ???
more detail:
The program installed fine, no issues there. The consequence of no LED's appearing on the camera is that the program detects nothing when I turn it on: "No device detected."
