TrackIR v5 (F9) and (F12) Commands Don't Work In FSX

I have owned the NaturalPoint TrackIR for many years and haven't had a problem until recently. I just installed the PMDG 737 NGX and now the commands to turn off TrackIR (F9), and reset TrackIR View (F12) have no effect in FSX Accelerator.

Track IR works perfectly with the test software and in FS2004. The only problem I am having is in FSX getting it to work. It does track head movements just fine in FSX, but there is no way to reset the view or to turn it off. It doesn't matter which aircraft I am flying, these commands don't work.

As most of you probably figured out, I changed the default commands for Virtual Cockpit from (F9) to (Shift+F9) and Top Down View from (F12) to (Shift+F12) so that (F9) and (F12) are not used for any other commands in FSX.

I also made sure neither of these commands are used in the PMDG 737 NGX, (although this problem exists in all aircraft in FSX).

Has anyone else had this problem? I tried reinstalling the latest NaturalPoint TrackIR software and this didn't help.

I have the Track Clip Pro Version 5.

Try launching both TrackIR and FSX by right clicking on their icons and selecting "Run as administrator" instead of double clicking on them.
