TrackIR5 and FSX

Hi all,
I use trackIR5 with Microsoft FSX.
I am wondering; Is it possible to have TrackIR configured to automatically with FSX? If this is possible, would any one here be kind enough to explain or give step by step guide on how to do this. I am no computer guru, but I am usually able to follow step by step guides.
