hi erevyone. Can I use other cameras ( for example webcams) for realtime tracking in optitrack softwares?

Unfortunately, no... the cameras are very specific and they do most of the image processing.

It will be good to use gopro cameras which are taking 240 frame per second , for example for capturing the face. Does natural point have small cameras that can be adapted to the helmet to capture the face at the same time with the body?

Sadly, they don't

You could use the gopro's, but you would have to find a way to sync the camera to the full body capture and you couldn't capture that data using Expression.. (you would have to use visible markers then process using some other application..) PM me or email me at bryan@kkstudio.us for more info if you are interested.
