Problem trying to install 5.2 Final

I have the Track IR 5, and am running the 5.1.300 software.
I saw that 5.2 Final had been released so thought I would go ahead and update to that.
I downloaded the file and double clicked to install it, it first said it was installing 64 bit usb drivers, then it came to the software install screen , but the " next" button to continue to installation stayed grayed out = not clickable. I tried cancelling out with the cancel button, but that did not work either. I ended up having to close the installation program through task manager.
I am running Windows 7 64 bit.

My 5.1.300 version still seems to be ok, but what about these 64 bit usb drivers it apparently installed - is that going to cause an issue whilst running the 5.1.300 version? Or any tips on how to get the install process to work for 5.1.2 Final?

Never mind, apparently I needed to uninstall the prior version first, took couple of attempts and reboots to get it uninstalled, once I did the installation went fine.
