Hi Felix, thank you for the video. Are you using the default profile with this or the custom profile?

This is the default profile, but the problem still exists when I use my customer profile...

Re: TrackIR5 twitching when turning right
Hi Felix,
I was able to duplicate this here at NaturalPoint. If I position the TrackIR on the left corner of my monitor, I have the same results as you do. However, as I move this closer to the center of the monitor, and to the center of where my TrackClip PRO is, it fixes the issue.

Re: TrackIR5 twitching when turning right
Thanks Dustin, I put my TrackIR closer to the center of my monitor and it works much better.
Re: TrackIR5 twitching when turning right
Hi,
I have exactly the same issue. It is better when moving the Track Ir arround the monitor and for example centering it or putting it on the right but it should better to have a symetrical behaviour of the track IR and to have it always in the same place.
With this issue, we have often to move the TRack IR to find the right place, loosing too much time. Moving head on the left is however perfect. I am precising that contact between track clip pro and track IR is never lost (green light).
Is it a software issue and will it be resolved in another version ?
Thank you very much for your help.

Re: TrackIR5 twitching when turning right
Thanks for the feedback Falconeye. I wouldn't call it an issue, it is basically a limitation on the hardware. It is designed to be centered on your TrackClip Pro for accurate tracking.

Hi Dustin
Thanks lot for your response. I tought too that it had to be centered on the track clip Pro but in my case, I have sometimes to put in centered on the track clip pro and ome other time to put the Track IR on the right corner of the monitor (whereas the tack clip pro is on the left).
It is difficult to keep the track IR always in the same place.
