I have just installed the very impressive VRS Superbug and have configured EZDOC views however I am unable to get Trackir5 to work reliably. It worked for a short time but now is not. I have opened other aircraft in FSX and Trackir5 operates correctly but when I open the VRS Superbug it does not recognise head movements.
Would greatly appreciate any thoughts anyone has on resolving this issue.

I have actually seen this happen once or twice myself. Check the Superbug documentation about restoring the Superbug configuration files to their default backups. The various default files are located (Win x64) at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\VRS_FA-18E\Backup
Either carefully overwrite each NEWER file in the folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\VRS_FA-18E\
Some are located in subfolders. The ones that tend to get corrupted are panel.cfg and aircraft.cfg, so try them first.
If this seems like too much work, just uninstall Superbug and reinstall it. That sets everything back to the default condition.
You can also ask how to restore the backup files on the VRS TacPack support forum.
