TrackIR 5 start with Windows

I have the option to start my TrackIR application software on Windows startup enabled in the options menu. I also made sure TrackIR is checked on my msconfig's startup menu.

But it still doesn't start up with Windows! I have to do it manually every time.

Am I missing something here? I know I used to be able to run the program automatically. Kind of a pain to have to back out of ARMA/War Thunder and restart because I keep forgetting it's not automatically on
