How do I download a new profile into the TrackIR5 program

Hi I have downloaded a profile from a forum and now want to have it available in TrackIR5 what is the simplest way to do this??

Profiles are saved in C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR5\Profiles. Windows 7 and Vista users with the User Access Control active may find their profile in one of the following alternate locations where <yourusername> is your user account name. Please note that in 64 bit operating systems, the program files directory is called "Program files (x86)".
