Noise on synchronisation signal

Hey,

we use the external synchronisation signal from the optihub, to record when motive starts recording the position. In the beginning this worked fine: However now, the synchonisation signal from the optihub is just floating and each time we start motive we get a lot of noise on all our other signals.... meaning that we can't use it anymore...

Any idea how we can ground the optihub? or get the synchronisation signal back under control?
