CSV error during exporting multiple trials, Motive 1.6 beta

Hi, friends

When I want to export multiple trials in .CSV format,
the same error always occurs.

The procedure is, selecting multiple trials on the project pane [shift + mouse left clicking],
and then, mouse right click -> export tracking data.
This seemed to successfully export only current trial but the another trials failed.
The exported csv files contains time stamp only and there are no marker data.

Does anyone have the same problem?
Any solutions with regard to this problem?
I attached an image of the failed csv file.

Hello Ogasawara,

I tested this on my computer using 5 data samples and I couldn't reproduce the error. Could you please let me know if the takes are in separate sessions/folders?

I always appreciate your wok on this forum.
Thank you for relying my question.

The errors occur in trials from the same session.
I did not select trials from more than two sessions.

Is your environment Motive 1.6 beta 2?

Another possible cause of this problem is, my video card.
When I grade up Motive from 1.5 to 1.6 beta 2, I changed my PC.
The current PC installed NVIDIA Quadro 2000.
Since I changed the PC for Motive 1.6, some other problems, which had
never experienced, also started to occur.
Such change of hardwares could be a cause of problems?

I am using Motive 1.6 Beta 2 in my testing environment.

It is peculiar that this issue occurred after changing computers. Would it be possible to arrange a remote desktop session? If so, please create a ticket with us at help.naturalpoint.com.
